What is Our Worship Service Like?

Corporate worship is the best way to describe MBC’s worship service. We are convinced that the New Testament gives a vision for worship that includes participation from the members of the Church. Sunday morning is not supposed to be a production or performance but an assembly of believers. For that reason we have a corporate style of worship, we do corporate prayers, member testimonies, updates on mission and evangelism work, Scripture readings from Church members, and of course the preaching of the Word at the center of service.

What About Child Care?

One thing that is different about MBC from perhaps other Church experiences you have had is that we include children in certain elements of our corporate worship. Children sit with their parents during the singing and go down to child care during the announcements. We believe it is important to disciple kids by letting them see their parents worship, and how the Church gathers. Our childcare includes classes for nursery through elementary aged kids. Once the kids go down for child care, our team teaches them the Bible, makes much of Jesus, and shows them love and hospitality!
